Request Account & Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your MooMe account and all associated data, follow the steps below.

1. What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

  • Your personal information (name, email, contact details) will be permanently erased.
  • Farm-related data (herd records, milk production history) will be removed.
  • Your access to MooMe’s services, including the app and web platform, will be revoked.
  • This action cannot be undone, and data will not be recoverable.

2. How to Request Account & Data Deletion

Option 1: Submit an Online Request

  • Go to

  • Confirm your request by selecting “Delete My Account.”
  • You will receive an email confirmation; click the link in the email to verify your request.

Once verified, we will process your request and send you a confirmation.

3. Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
  • If you have active collaborations or pending data requests with MooMe partners, some anonymized data may be retained for compliance.
  • If you prefer to deactivate instead of deleting your account, please contact support.
